Ordering & Prices
Please remember that these masks are all individually handcrafted leather, so your mask may not look exactly like the photograph on the website. In almost all cases, masks are made to order, very few masks are available "off the rack", so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Delivery times on masks with horns or antlers may depend on materials availability, please inquire. Overnight UPS and Federal Express shipments are available at an additional charge, write or call for more information. Rush orders (guaranteed to ship within two weeks) are available for a rush charge of 50% of the mask price, plus overnight shipping charges, full amount payable in advance.

We are very pleased to announce that we can now process Visa and Mastercard orders. We're working on setting up online credit card processing, and hope to have the system in place soon. In the meantime, you can use the Mask Order Form PDF (if you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed, you can obtain a free copy at Adobe's Download Page). Please include your credit card information, or a check or money order for the price of the mask, plus 10% of total for shipping & handling. Make checks payable to "Shapeshifter Masks". Rhode Island residents please add 8% sales tax.
International Orders:
I'm more than happy to ship internationally, but please be advised that this can be extremely expensive. The masks are not generally heavy, but international shippers charge by dimension as well as weight. In many cases, international shipping is nearly half the price of the mask itself. Please write for specific shipping prices.

Again, please remember that these masks are all individually handcrafted leather, so your mask may not look exactly like the photograph on the website. Nevertheless, if you are unhappy with your mask, so long as it is a mask from the standard catalog, and is undamaged, you may return it for a full refund. Custom masks, however, are not returnable.
